Each whole school topic offer a rich variety of learning opportunities for each faculty. Over a 3 year cycle, Pupils in KS1-3 visit each whole school topic 3 times, each time building on prior knowledge and developing new skills. Each topic begins with a hook in to learning and is project based, with pupils working towards a project or celebration event at the end of the topic.

Pupils in KS4 and 5 do not align their learning to the topics, however where there are opportunities that compliment their curriculum offer, they are able to take part in topic hooks and celebrations,  In EYFS topics are aligned to EYFS themes as highlighted in the table below.(see guidance for more information)
